I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting any personal information. I don't collect any personal data directly through this website. When you make a purchase, your information is handled securely by Wix (for payments) and BookVault (for printing and shipping).

I don’t personally collect or store any of your information. Here's how your data is handled:

  • Wix manages payments on the website, and your payment information is securely processed through their system.

  • BookVault manages printing and shipping your order. They use your shipping details solely for delivery.

  • Proton Mail is used for customer communication. If you contact me via email (lunaandfriendsbooks@proton.me), your email address and any other information you provide will be stored securely by Proton.

Return Policy

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective book:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at lunaandfriendsbooks@proton.me.

  • Include a photo of the damaged item and your order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.
